A desk lamp Inspired by my upbringing and parents, who emphasized balancing curiosity and play with hard work and focus. "Task" embodies this philosophy: at first glance, it appears straightforward—a base, a neck, and a tube-shaped light source—but through exploration, its dynamic potential emerges. A thirty-degree pivot along the neck allows for a subtle, lower throw of light, while magnetic pivots enable 360 degrees of rotation, creating endless configurations. Task balances the simplicity of its resting state with the expressive possibilities of its movement, mirroring the relationship between focused work and playful exploration that defines my approach to design.
